A same-day session for an urgent decision or situation, for when something can't wait until your next scheduled call. Availability isn't guaranteed but prioritized for members.

Document Refresh Session
A yearly update to a returning client's Season Calendar, Care Calendar, or Emergency Action Plan, since these documents go out of date (new shows, contacts, etc.)
Records Audit & Organization
A check that all of a client's paperwork is complete and current: Coggins, vaccine records, insurance documentation, show records. This is deliberately scoped to completeness and organization, not medical judgment.
Document Package
Obtain physical, laminated copies of the Emergency Action Plan, Care Calendar, or any document shared with you to increase longevity in the barn!
Digital Setup
Setting up an organized shared drive for a client's or barn's documents (health records, insurance, contracts, show paperwork) so everything's in one findable place.
